However, Germany takes the shock factor up a notch with this new campaign “AIDS is a mass murderer.” The campaign promotes safe sex in anticipation of the upcoming World AIDS Day 2009. It is designed by Regenbogen e.V. in conjunction with the advertising agency das comitee. Some of the world’s most infamous tyrants such as Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein and Josef Stalin make a (poorly Photoshopped) cameo in the ads.
